W3D is a certified 501(c)3 charitable organization that serves as an innovative network dedicated to connecting and cultivating global leaders who work together toward sustainable peace. Founded in 2013, W3D aims to build trust and collaboration between the defense, diplomacy, and development sectors to create holistic policy decisions and solutions. Our work centers on the three core guiding pillars; developing leaders, inspiring change and engaging the world, with our thought leadership and solutions. 

This year we launched Thrēo, an independent global and interdisciplinary online publication that provides a new platform for forward-thinking storytelling from experts, ideators and other contributors deeply immersed in the work of defense, diplomacy and development. 

W3D is run by an international and multi-talented board of volunteers, and supported by its volunteer chapter leads around the world. We are asking you to support our existing work and help us create a bigger impact by donating. W3D requires funding to operate from an administrative perspective such as managing the organization's website, database, payments, banking and reporting.
