W3D Mentorship Program for the 2025–26 cohort

We invite you to join the W3D Mentorship Program as a mentor for the 2025–26 cohort. This program connects experienced alumni with emerging leaders in defense, diplomacy and development.

We welcome Harvard graduates from all programs with at least seven years of relevant professional experience. The mentorship program begins with introductions in December, followed by monthly meetings and ongoing communication. A kick-off event at HKS will take place early in the new year.
